Greemann Capital is a commercial mortgage banking firm that arranges mortgage financing for commercial real estate including apartments, office, industrial, and retail developments. Our sources of funds include life insurance company pension funds, conduits and other institutional investors. We originate, underwrite, package, negotiate, close and service commercial mortgage loans.

Our primary focus is arranging commercial mortgage loans on a long-term fixed or adjustable rate basis with institutional lenders with whom we have developed strong relationships with over the years. We work with these lenders on an exclusive, semi-exclusive, or brokered basis with the goal to provide unparalleled service to both borrowers and lenders. In addition, we provide consulting services and commercial real estate brokerage services to institutional buyers.
