Harvey is the principal of the company and is responsible for all facets of the business including loan origination, underwriting, placement, and customer relations. Harvey has been involved in commercial mortgage banking since 1971, as a principal with Proctor Group and Proctor and Associates, and as an employee in charge of Western Michigan with WMF Proctor, Waterfield Mortgage, and Colonial Mortgage. His illustrious career in commercial mortgage banking has made him an expert in the Western Michigan area.
Harvey is experienced in mortgage placement with institutional investors, including life companies, conduits, and agency investors. In addition, he has successfully completed joint ventures, real estate sales, tax exempt financing, and syndications.
Harvey received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University in 1969, and has his Michigan Real Estate Brokers License. He is also the principal of Greemann Financial Services, and Greemann Real Estate and is involved in the following organizations:

Maggie is responsible for underwriting, packaging and closing commercial real estate mortgage loans.
Maggie joined Greemann Capital after graduating from Michigan State University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications, in 2001. She has completed the Commercial Real Estate Finance Underwriting 1 Seminar offered by the Mortgage Bankers Association at the University of California – Fullerton, in March 2001.
Prior to joining Greemann Capital Maggie worked for Gillespie Development, where she was responsible for the marketing and sales of a new condominium development.
Maggie is a licensed real estate sales person in the State of Michigan.

Ben is responsible for underwriting and technology, with special emphasis on improving our electronic submission package and other marketing and promotional material.
Before joining the Greemann Capital Ben worked at Haworth Inc. in logistics, where he was responsible for the set up and operation of remote distribution centers around North America.
Ben received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Michigan University, in Integrated Supply Management in 1999. He has completed the commercial Real Estate Finance Underwriting 1 Seminar offered by the Mortgage Bankers Association at the University of California – Fullerton, in March, 2001.
Ben is a licensed real estate sales person in
the State of Michigan.
