Ownership/History
Greemann Capital is owned by Harvey W. Greemann who has served the western Michigan market with integrity for over 30 years through several previous companies: Proctor Group, WMF Proctor, Proctor & Associates, Waterfield Mortgage and Colonial Mortgage. Over the years, our dedication to customer service has remained constant. In 2002, we became Greemann Capital, sold our existing servicing portfolio, and entered into a correspondent agreement with GMAC that provides for GMAC to service these loans and loans we originate in the future.
